Join author Patricia A. Nugent

More than seven years in the writing, Healing with Dolly Lama: Finding God in Dog, is the story of how healing can come from unexpected sources. Patricia will share vignettes from her recently published book about the personal transformation and growth that unwanted gifts can inspire: in this case, the gift of a puppy named Dolly Lama. You may even have seen the two of them walking on South Shore Road, in Northville, New York, each morning over the past decade.
Books will be available for sale and signing at both events.

Healing Waters:
The Story of Dolly Lama’s Revival in Great Sacandaga Lake

Saturday, October 23, 10-11:30am at the Northville Public Library, South Third Street, Northville, NY.

Water is a known healer, as evidenced by hydrotherapy used in ancient Greece and Rome, relayed in Bible stories, and utilized today at health facilities. Ms. Nugent will relay the story of her puppy’s tumble off a deck and subsequent revival in the waters of our Great Sacandaga Lake, and the wisdom drawn from believing in the power of the Universe to heal us physically and emotionally.
