UPSTATE WATERS, a juried art exhibition, will be presented at the Northville Public Library Gallery by the Sacandaga ValleyArts Network from June 21st until September 10th, 2021. SVAN's jurors, Alexandra Higgins and Rhea Haggart Costello have chosen 30 visual artworks that represent our greatest natural resource, our water, in any of its iterations.
Light refreshments will be served* to accompany the awards ceremony. SVAN will be presenting the Best-In-Show award and three honorable mention awards to the works selected by our jurors. In addition to these awards, a People’s Choice award will be presented in September. The Best-in-Show recipient will receive a solo exhibit in the gallery, and cash prizes will also be awarded.
The public is invited to vote for the People’s Choice Award winner by ballet available in the Library Gallery throughout the duration of the show. You can also view the exhibit online at www.svanarts.org/libraryexhibitions.
